Our

Mission

Circora exists to help create products and services people trust, depend on, and are better off for using.
Our
Approach
How we work
You come with a meaningful problem. We come with the experience, the rigor, and the care to help you solve it well.

Every engagement starts the same way: we get to know your business deeply, listen to you and your users, and understand what's actually at stake. Whether you need design support, research support, or both. We meet you where you are.

As founders, we are personally involved in every project from start to finish. We show up fully, with honest perspective, deep investment, and a genuine commitment to ensure that what we build together truly makes a difference in your product and more importantly in people's lives.
What we believe
Thoughtful research and design should leave people better off than before.

Our best work happens when a product or service genuinely improves daily life, making it easier, safer, healthier, fairer, or more connected for the people on the other side of the screen.

That is the standard we hold ourselves to. Not just shipping. Not just growing. Actually helping.
How we partner
You are the expert in what you do. We are the experts in design and research. That combination is where the best work happens.

We come in as your partners. We listen carefully, ask meaningful questions, and combine what you know with what we know to create something your users can trust and depend on.

We genuinely care about the work we take on. It is not just about delivering something beautiful or functional, but about whether what we do truly helps the people on the other side of the screen. When your product or service succeeds, their lives are better. And that, to us, is the impact that matters.

Jacqueline Cisneros, known to many as “Jac,” is a seasoned product design leader with 20 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. Throughout her career, she has held various roles ranging from Visual Designer, UX Designer, Product Designer to Design Manager, Design Lead, Design Strategist, Design Mentor, and Founder. She has also designed user experiences for some of the world’s most prominent companies, including Google, PayPal, Intuit, eBay, and SAP.

While pursuing her MBA in Design Strategy at the California College of the Arts in 2010, she provided design strategy consulting to organizations like Philz Coffee and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Later in 2012, she founded ATOYAK, a social venture dedicated to creating sustainable job opportunities that empowered women in small towns in Mexico to rise out of poverty and live with dignity.

In her last role as Design Lead at Google, Jac played a pivotal part in defining and leading UX for core initiatives within Google Assistant, spanning Photos, Communications, and Auto Experiences. Additionally, she co-founded and led the UX vision and strategy for Google Assistant's Health & Fitness vertical and led the Personalization vertical in Search. After nearly seven years at Google, Jac decided to leave to co-found Circora.

Now, as Head of Design at Circora, she continues to bring her passion, knowledge, and experience to every project. Always with a goal to craft purposeful experiences that help products and services succeed. Because when they do, people's lives are better. And when enough people's lives are better, so is the world.
